Guest Services
Our Guest Services are here to make your visit enjoyable.
The Guest Services Desk, is located in front of the Medical Centre.
The Centre Management Office is located across from Wizard pharmacy and is open from 10.00am to 3.00pm, Friday to Saturday.
Please be aware the Centre Management Office is not open on Sundays – Thursday. Public Holidays or during late night trading.
Your safety and comfort is important to us and we proudly provide security at Newpark Shopping Centre.
Parking
Parking is available off Marangaroo Drive, Girrawheen. For your shopping convenience, we are pleased to offer free parking.
Parents Room
We welcome families to Newpark Shopping Centre and for your convenience, we are pleased to offer a clean and safe Parents’ Room, located close to the public toilets, next to The Reject Shop. We encourage families to use the Parents’ Room to care for young children and babies.
First Aid
In the event of a medical emergency, a defibrillator is located adjacent to public toilet corridor in the main mall, and a First aid kit is located at the Guest Services Desk.
Lost & Found
Lost and found items are located at the Guest Services Desk.
Pet Friendly
We understand dogs are part of the family.
We offer dog lead mounts and water bowls which are regularly replenished at every entry door.
Service dogs are welcome in the Centre.
